Think for yourself - would a little less rubbish and a little less technology hurt us? Re*creations (practical-recycled-handmade products) show that less can be more than enough.

Mayari's RRR Ribbon

Show that you care about RRR

RRR stands for reuse, reduce, recycle. In the sense of re*creations this is recycling through upcycling which leads to a reduction of waste as well as less demand for new, virgin raw materials for product production and development. (Read more in the Wikipedia article about waste hierarchy here.)

You might know the ribbon concept. They got famous drawing attention to and raising awareness for human health issues (like the red ribbon stands for AIDS). This RRR Ribbon stands for our planet's health restoring it through reusing, reducing and recycling materials. Setting a good example it is made from rubbish!

Do-it-yourself

I'm sure you can get an empty beverage carton somewhere. Make your own ribbon yourself. It's really easy, Ipromise. See how to do it here.

It's time for a positive change

We all can do something, just a little thing about our planet's health. Spread the love. Make people aware. Forward this link to your friends and ask them to reuse, reduce and therefore recycle stuff more often or buy products that follow this simple principle! Ask them to make and show off their own ribbon!
