However, it is not possible to choose upon a design other from the kind of fruits and milk you prefer. Be aware that there are several designs for Orange (see the designs on flickr). But as long as there is Oranges left for this month, Oranges you would get. If Oranges were sold out, I would contact you and ask, if it would be all right for you to wait for Oranges till the next month or choose a still available alternative design from the current and past months.
