What is a re*creation?

A recreation is an idea (that is an implementable manual for a material product) or an already made product that always is:

a) practical to use that is it solves a current problem
b) made from at least 50% rubbish that is it reduces waste
c) made entirely by hand that is it is climate neutral

Re*creations are similar to upcycled products just with tougher restrictions. While an upcycled product may be made with a machine that has been created to do just one special task in the production of this product, may reuse less than 50% rubbish and solve no real problem, a true re*creation must guarantee all of the criteria you can see in the infographic above!

If only one aspect can't be guaranteed, an alternative label must be applied.
